Photo ID for 2019

BHSNA will be moving towards using photo ID sheets in replacement of the ID Books for 2019. Please see below step by step guide on how to upload a photo to your profile.


PLEASE ENSURE YOUR FACE CAN BE CLEARLY SEEN IN THE PHOTO and is not covered by hands, etc

Using the MyNetball App
  • Launch or download the MyNetball App (available in the AppStore or Google Play Store)
  • Log in (if not previously done so) and click on the person icon (name) you want to upload photo for (swipe right for all members)
  • Choose the Profile tab (top right of screen)
  • Click on the change button for profile pic – you will be directed to the MyNetball results vault Public Profile.
  • Choose Browse to find a photo in your Library, please note that photos should be no larger than 1mb in size, so some editing may be required. Google how to do this if you are unsure how. Follow the Image Guidelines listed on this page a guide to choosing the right photo.
  • Click Save button at the bottom of screen

Photo image guidelines - please ensure

  • Photo is a passport style image
  • Head faces camera directly with full face in view
  • No hats or sunglasses are to be worn in the photo
  • Photo was taken within the last 12 months
  • Photo is clear and legible with appropriate lighting
  • Under 1 MB in size
  • File type of .PNG or .JPG
Please Note: any inappropriate photos may result in your registration being declined

OR

Using the MyNetball Results Vault website

  • Launch a web browser – use the www.mynetball.com.au address
  • Click on the login button
  • Using either your email address or login ID and password in the Participant Login
  • Click on the Edit button (top right) which will take you to Edit your details page. Click on the Public Profile tab.
  • Choose Browse to find a photo in your Library, please note that photos should be no larger than 1mb in size, so some editing may be required. Google how to do this if you are unsure how. Follow the Image Guidelines listed on this page a guide to choosing the right photo.
